Delivery: by SF Express
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer are determined by the size and weight of the order. The minimum charge is HK$48
- Products will be delivered to the address provided by customer via S.F. Express (Hong Kong).
- Email alert before the parcel is sent out.
- Customers must leave a valid HK mobile phone number when ordering in order to receive an SMS message or phone call from S.F. Express (Hong Kong) with regards to shipping.
- No refund of shipping cost if an incorrect address is provided by the customer.
- Please be sure to enter your mobile phone number correctly. Once the parcel is delivered to the S.F. Express address provided, S.F. Express (Hong Kong) will send a pickup SMS to alert the customer
- Please pick up the parcel within 3 days after receiving the message from your specified S.F. Express. Expired parcels will be sent back to S.F. Express (Hong Kong) and customers needs to call the customer service hotline of S.F. Express (Hong Kong) to rearrange delivery.

B. We only provide shipping by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) and parcels will only be delivered within Hong Kong.
